All members of Gondomar Sport Clube are informed that an Extraordinary General Assembly is scheduled for November 10, 2025, at 9:00 PM, at the club’s headquarters, located at Estádio S. Miguel.
🟡 Agenda:
1️⃣ Deliberation on the proposal to sell the majority of the capital of the future sports joint-stock company (SAD), after reviewing the received proposals.
🗳️ Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the club’s office by 6:30 PM on October 30, 2025.
