• Costs calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and applicable service
• Estimated delivery times: 1 to 15 business days depending on destination
5. Customizations
Customized products cannot be returned unless defective. The customer is responsible for confirming name, number, and size.
6. Returns
• Right of withdrawal: 14 days for non-customized and unsealed products
• Return costs borne by the customer, unless defective
• Refund via the same payment method
