General Assembly – Extraordinary Session
All members of Gondomar Sport Clube are invited to the Extraordinary General Assembly to be held on December 2, 2025, at 9:00 PM, at the headquarters, in the Estádio de São Miguel.
Agenda:
Deliberation on the proposal to sell the majority of the capital of the future Sports Public Limited Company, as indicated by the responsible committee, and appointment of representatives for signing the necessary documents.
If the legal number of members is not present at the scheduled time, the Assembly will take place half an hour later with any number of members present.
