2. Payments<\/h3>

\u2022 Bank transfer: order processed after proof of payment is sent
\u2022 Visa and Mastercard via Easypay: secure processing by Easypay, authorized by the Bank of Portugal<\/p>

3. Billing<\/h3>

The invoice is issued with the details provided by the customer. In case of error, please contact us immediately. <\/p>

4. Deliveries and Shipping<\/h3>

\u2022 Costs calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and applicable service
\u2022 Estimated delivery times: 1 to 15 business days depending on destination<\/p>

5. Customizations<\/h3>

Customized products cannot be returned unless defective. The customer is responsible for confirming name, number, and size. <\/p>

6. Returns<\/h3>

\u2022 Right of withdrawal: 14 days for non-customized and unsealed products
\u2022 Return costs borne by the customer, unless defective
\u2022 Refund via the same payment method<\/p>
